How it all began!
Jack Gates long time manager of the Red Coach Grill/Coachman Restaurants in Lake George decided it was time for him to venture on his own. After months of planning along with his two sons David and Christian, what came out was a new choice in dining for the Queensbury/Glens Falls area, Jack's American Bistro.
Although our menu has changed over the years, the ideals set forth have always remained the same Quality, Consistency, Comfort, and Hospitality.
