About Chris
Like his brothers before him, Chris too grew up around the restaurants. First spending his early years working through the various positions at Howard Johnson's; and then again at the Coachman. It was during those years he found his early taste for working in the kitchen. A knowledge that would serve him well throughout his later life.
He would spend many years working in sales, before life in the kitchen came beckoning again. Throughout the last six years Chris has managed to fine tune and hone his skills and culinary knowledge; despite no formal culinary training.
An avid reader you will often find Chris with some sort of book or magazine in his hand. He also enjoys playing texas holdem poker and golfing. In addition to the restaurant Chris also entertains radio listeners weely with a radio show produced and heard locally. He also dabbles in travel planning.
