About David
Most of you know David from his time spent behind the bar mixing the best martini's and other mixed drinks in the area. Like his father, David went to work in the restaurants as a teenager working his way through the various positions available from dishwasher to busboy to working the line as a cook and eventually waiting tables.
When Jack's first opened David spent alot of his time along side his dad setting the standards that have been put in place to ensure guest satisfaction with the dining experience. Since then however, he has managed to find a home behind the bar with a very loyal and active following.
Always the athletic one of Jack's sons David was active even as a young boy playing such sports as Little League and youth hockey. Nowadays however, if you don't find him behind the bar chances are you will find him hiking a mountain or riding his bicycle.
Speaking of hiking and bike riding David, the year Jack's opened in 2004 rode his bike cross country; from Hudson Falls to Portland Oregon along side his ever faithful companion Baxter. Previously, in 1995 David had hiked the Appalachian Trail from Springer Mountain, Georgia to Mt. Katadhin, Maine.
